Earn Money From My Golf

To help cover my costs of competition and help me reach my full potential as a top professional golfer, I am selling shares in KGeniza Golf LLC for the 2023 season. This will allow me to play in as many tournaments as possible and give you the best chance of sharing in my success throughout the year.

Here is what you can expect if you join as a sponsor:

  • 75 shares available & each share is worth $1,000

  • Each share is bound by a 1 year contract commencing from the date of signing

  • Investors may buy as many shares as they like

  • Prize money is distributed back to the investors dependent on the number of shares purchased

  • Shareholders will receive 100% of the prize money I earn until the original investment is paid off

  • Once the shareholder has made 100% of their original investment back, they will continue to receive dividends in a 30/70 split for the contractual period

  • ROI on prize money will be transferred to the shareholders stipulated account within 14 days of the money being received

  • ROI applies to tournament prize money only and excludes off course earnings

Examples of Prize Money Distribution:

Scenario 1

Shareholder A has one [1] share invested [$1,000] in KGeniza Golf LLC, which has a total of 75 shares outstanding. Kevin Geniza earns $20,000 prize money in an event. If initial investment has not been paid back, then all $20,000 will go into the shareholders account. Shareholder A would then receive $267 per share towards initial investment. If initial investment has been paid back, then the 30/70 split means that $6,000 goes into the shareholders account and $14,000 goes into the KGeniza Golf LLC account. Shareholder A would then receive $80 per share as profit.

Scenario 2

Shareholder B has twenty [20] shares invested [$20,000] in KGeniza Golf LLC, which has a total of 75 shares outstanding. Kevin Geniza earns $20,000 prize money in an event. If initial investment has not been paid back, then all $20,000 will go into the shareholders account. Shareholder B would then receive $267 per share for a total of $5,340 towards their initial investment. If initial investment has been paid back, then the 30/70 split means that $6,000 goes into the shareholders account and $14,000 goes into the KGeniza Golf LLC account. Shareholder B would then receive $80 per share for a total of $1,600 as profit.
